We have over 10 years experience in offering year-end accounts preparation for accountancy practices ranging from sole practitioners to top accountancy firms. We are well aware of the requirements of small practices and the demands and expectations of bigger firms. We have demonstrable experience in working with basic packages like VT to more complex ones such as Caseware. We work according to your brief and your timeframe.

The process runs as follows:-

1. Client sends physical documents to our Harrow (London) office for scanning.

2. Documents are scanned at Harrow office and the digital images uploaded on our secure FTP site.

3. After confirmation from India, documents are returned to the client. (Unlike some of our competitors, our clients need not worry about scanning as we take care of this right here in the UK.)

4. Once all the documents are checked the job is processed. The client can either opt to get the work done on their server using VPN technology, or get it done remotely in India with completed work delivered through our FTP site.

5. The processed job is delivered to the client with all the back up and a physical year-end file. Clients can also opt for a scanned version of the completed year-end file to save on courier costs.

6. We guarantee quality work delivered to you within your specified deadline. Currently we are working on a 3 week turnaround timeframe for year-end work.
