Antoaneta, known by all as Anto, joined GI in 2016 to offer industry insight, educated advice and assistance to our clients. Initially an Account Manager, she was instrumental in developing some key partnerships, leading to her being promoted to Business Development Manager. Committed to helping her clients succeed, Anto presents the benefits of outsourcing to her clients and has also become the face of GI for webinars and exhibitions. In her spare time she enjoys a good film, listening to music and sewing.

Gaby is one of the newest members of the GI team, joining us in January 2020. With experience in the customer service sector and hospitality, she joined with the goal of pursuing her career in sales. Gaby is one of the primary points of contact for potential and existing clients, liaising with sales and Account Managers to engage in general outreach and communications. In her free time, Gaby enjoys running and keeping fit, but mostly loves spending quality time with her family.

Eileen has worked in accounting for global organisations for the majority of the career, gaining Class A certification in PEAK, alongside winning an award for “The Champion of Finance”. Putting the client’s needs first, with expert attention to detail and quality, Eileen is a fantastic account manager to assist her clients with outsourcing. A social butterfly who enjoys a glass of wine, family time, walking her Maltese and watching her son and daughter play football.

Evanise joined the GI team in 2018 as our office administrator. Having now been appointed as the UK Sales Co-ordinator, her responsibilities include events, communications, staff training and sales enquiries. Originally from Angola, Evanise has lived in the UK for over 15 years and is a proud mum of three. Fun fact: her family members are named after cities around the world, including Sydney and Paris!

Jarmila started GI as the CEO’s PA, however her remit has extended into a wider practice management and client account management brief, focusing on GI’s small firm accountancy clients. Before she joined GI she took on various roles as an Executive Assistant to directors and C-suite individuals in the world of banking. Jarmila is on a mission to get the office to eat healthily and is currently winning.

Mukesh has been working in the finance and accounting industry for over 12 years, gaining experience across technical accounts, VAT, payroll and since working at GI, SMART project implementation. Automation and efficiency are of utmost importance for Mukesh; assisting his clients to improve their business operations is what he enjoys most. When he’s not in the office, you can find him spending time with his family or cheering at a cricket match.

A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England of Wales, Shailesh has been a part of GI since its inception. Having initially founded a successful practice in central London, his wealth of experience in high profile accounting work adds his considerable professional weight and experience to the smooth running of the business on all fronts. He is a husband and proud father to three children, and enjoys listening to music and golfing in his spare time.

Tariq is a Business Management graduate and a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant with over 20 years’ experience in international tax, financial advisory and outsourcing.

He has worked extensively with both small and large international businesses and financial institutions across a wide variety of regulated sectors establishing and maintaining complex business and product structures.

As a Director of Global Infosys he will be responsible for supporting the business with its dynamic growth and expansion plans.

Abhijit is an MBA , Certified PRINCE 2 Agile Practitioner, Certified Scrum Foundation & Certified Scrum Master Practitioner, IASSC Certified 6 Sigma Black Belt & Applied AI – IBM with 20 years of experience with expertise in Growth Strategy, Business Transformations, Program & Project Management, Operations Management, Transitions, Business Development, Marketing and Client Services.

He has worked in flagship organizations like Philips, GE, Serco & JP Morgan (India & USA) and has led large teams and global transitions from US & UK. He was engaged with WPP as a senior leader and lead Projects and Transitions at Finance plus India prior to joining GI in Aug 2019.

Abhijit is a sport, travel, technology, photography and film making enthusiast.

Arun Thevar

Manager – Administration

Arun fulfils a number of roles within the firm including assisting the UK marketing team, co-ordinating with clients on job flow and overseeing the entire office administration.

He is a B.com graduate with more than a decade of services with GI. He initially oversaw the firm’s document checking team which successfully aided the smooth functioning of work in team operations.

Arun is creative and loves producing periodic reports for the management team to help them understand the progress of the business. This includes obtaining feedback from clients on a monthly basis to help improve the delivery of services and advice.

He is an avid reader and a social media fanatic – spending his free time sending funny posts to entertain his friends.

Dharmesh heads our book-keeping and management team. He holds an MBA and has more than a decade of experience at the firm, having joined in 2007.

Dharmesh is very good at forward planning, execution and meeting clients’ expectations. He regularly visits the UK for client meetings and business development.

Creatively minded and keen on current affairs, Dharmesh likes to keep abreast of what is happening in the global accounting industry and the world of business so he can provide up to the minute advice.

He loves cricket and likes to keep a track on scores and progress within the game. He also enjoys watching movies and playing with his daughter.

Known as GI’s ‘Mr Fixit’, Manoj accounts for the smooth running of operations in India. Having been with GI since the beginning, his responsibilities include ensuring the delivery of a quality service, internal communications, recruitment, and software training across the staff in India. Manoj enjoys spending his free time with his young family and watching action films.

Nilesh has a rich experience in accounting and finance, audits and software implementation. He is capable of developing financial strategies for clients and assists them in the decision-making process.

Nilesh has been at the firm since 2010 and is a very achievement-oriented professional. He possesses excellent people management skills and is able to adapt to change with ease. He enjoys trying new things and is highly innovative, quickly grasping new skills.

This was demonstrated during a project in the UK that he implemented with a client over two months.

When not at work, Nilesh loves to spend time with family and friends. He loves to explore new places.

Shanmukh joined as an assistant accountant in 2007 as a recent graduate and has since elevated himself over the years through his hard work, experience and initiation to take up challenging tasks.

He is specialised in managing work with the processing team and meeting the deadlines he is set without fail.

Shanmukh’s experience includes working with a client in the UK on a professional assignment, where he spent two months understanding and advising on the work of one of our esteemed clients.

He loves spending time with his family after work hours and during the weekends.

Tukaram is responsible for the entire operations of the statutory accounts team. An M.com graduate, he has more than a decade of service at GI.

Known for this exceptional ability to plan, Tukram has significant experience in dealing with clients and has a dogged attitude for accepting the challenging work that comes his way.

Tukram supports the team by ensuring they remain efficient and product, taking effective measures to get the most out of the various members of the department.

Outside of work, Tukaram spends most of his time with family. He is the father of a son and a daughter who likes to take new and exciting places.
